2. Our office will call you to confirm or adjust your appointment time and take payment over the phone.
*Payment is required at this time. We can take debt, credit, and FSA/HSA cards.
3. All orders must be sent via fax or email before 3pm in order to receive next day services; any orders placed after 3pm will be scheduled for the following day. (Pertains to Corporate accounts AND individual patients)
4. Your appointment comes next! Either you come to one of our draw centers or we come to you!
VenaCare NW regretfully announces we are unable to accept insurances for any of our services. However, you are welcome to seek reimbursement from your insurance company or health savings account. We have a responsibility to our clientele, our industry partners and our employees to continue to provide you with dependable and reliable healthcare services and as well excellent customer service that exceeds the health industries current standards. VenaCare NW will continue to offer our concierge mobile phlebotomy, and wellness services; our concierge draw centers will continue to provide the services you have come to depend on and trust!
