Steps for booking online
1. Scheduling an Appointment
There are two options to schedule an appointment.
Online: Click our Request Appointment link, and select your desired options.
Any requests submitted online after 3 pm will not be honored as a confirmed service, and will have to be pushed to the following business day.
Phone: Call us directly at 503-878-5418 to speak with a representative who will help you schedule an appointment.

If you require a same-day appointment, call us at 503-878-5418 to determine if such an arrangement is possible.
2. Confirmation of Appointment
Upon receiving your appointment request, we will call you within 24 hours, in which we will
1. Confirm or adjust the appointment time, and settle payments over the phone.
2. Settle payments over phone if needed.
3. Ask your preferred method of service delivery, i.e a mobile service where we come to you, or you coming into one of our Draw Centers.
*If a co-payment applies, we will take it ahead of time when we are scheduling with the patient or their family members. We can take debit, credit, and FSA/HSA cards.
3. Order Submission
Ensure all orders are sent via email or fax before 3 pm to see if we can accommodate a next-day service.
Orders received after 3 pm will be handled on the following business day. This rule applies to both corporate accounts and individual patients.
