FLUBLOK® QUADRIVALENT is a vaccine indicated for immunization against influenza disease caused by influenza A and B strains contained in the vaccine. FluBlok is an egg- and preservative-free vaccine perfect for vegans and those with an egg allergy.
This procedure can be billed to your insurance as a specialty provider and you will be responsible for the Co-Pay and any balanced billing that applies to your insurance plan. If this is not applicable to you, you can pay $68 out of pocket cost, but we give you an invoice billable to your insurance company. |
